Daily Ads does not issue refunds for digital services once delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscribing to any membership plan.
Daily Ads does not issue refunds as a general policy. All purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made on Daily Ads (https://daily-ads.com) are considered final once the digital service has been delivered or accessed. This applies to all services and membership plans offered on the Platform. Limited exceptions exist — see Section 11. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Due to the unique nature of our digital services, refunds cannot be offered for the following reasons:

Once these services are activated or advertising traffic is delivered, the resources have been consumed and cannot be recovered, returned, or reversed.
All products and services offered by Daily Ads are 100% digital. There are no physical goods that can be returned. Digital services are considered fully delivered upon access or activation.
Advertising campaigns and traffic rotation services operate in real-time. Once a campaign is live, traffic begins flowing immediately. This makes it impossible to "undo" or reverse the service delivery.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations (subject to the exceptions in Section 11 and any rights you hold under applicable law):
Membership subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership features until the end of the paid period.
Important: If you cancel your membership mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You will maintain access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. Forgetting to cancel or claiming you "didn't mean to renew" is not grounds for a refund.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, or you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us directly through our support system before contacting your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and respond promptly. Many billing concerns can be resolved without involving your payment provider.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a charge that you knowingly authorized and for which services were delivered constitutes abuse of the dispute process. In cases where we determine a dispute is fraudulent or filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending review. We will provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor in response to any dispute.
In the rare event of extended service outages or technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the Platform for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

All payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (such as Stripe) are non-refundable, even in cases where we might exceptionally consider compensation.
