Welcome to Daily Ads. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Daily Ads platform located at https://daily-ads.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Daily Ads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Daily Ads provides the following digital services:
All services provided are digital in nature. No physical products are sold or delivered through this Platform.
Members may optionally participate in our affiliate referral program — see Section 8. Participation in that program is entirely separate from, and not required to access, any of the Platform's features and tools.
Daily Ads offers multiple membership tiers. Each tier provides access to different platform features and advertising capabilities. Membership plans are SaaS subscriptions that unlock specific tools and higher usage limits — they are not investment vehicles or income opportunities.
All memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a membership plan, you authorize Daily Ads to charge your selected payment method each month until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership features until that date.
We reserve the right to modify membership features, benefits, or pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
To use Daily Ads services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and other required details.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Daily Ads is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
We accept payments through Stripe and may offer additional payment methods including cryptocurrency and Interac e-Transfer in the future. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any sales, use, GST, HST, or other taxes that may apply to your purchase.
Due to the nature of our services — which involve live delivery of advertising traffic, immediate access to digital tools, and instant consumption of resources — we do not issue refunds as a general policy.
Once a subscription is activated or advertising services are accessed, the digital resources have been consumed and cannot be reversed. We therefore do not offer refunds for:

By purchasing any service or membership, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We encourage you to carefully review service descriptions and features before making a purchase.
Daily Ads offers an optional affiliate referral program. Members who choose to participate may earn commissions by referring new subscribers to the platform using their personal referral link. Participation is entirely voluntary and not required to access any Platform feature. Full terms of the affiliate program are available at the Affiliate Agreement.
IMPORTANT EARNINGS DISCLAIMER: Participation in the affiliate referral program does not guarantee any specific income, profits, or earnings. Commissions are earned only when a direct referral results in a confirmed, paid subscription. Your actual commissions will depend on your own marketing efforts, the quality of your referrals, and market conditions. No commissions are paid for recruitment activity alone, for general Platform usage, or based on the activity of your referred members' own referrals.
Earned commissions will be paid to qualifying affiliates via PayPal, Wise, or Interac e-Transfer. Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and any processing fees will be disclosed in your affiliate dashboard. Commission payments are treated as marketing expenses by Daily Ads and are not a redistribution of subscription revenue paid by other members.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions received through Daily Ads. Commissions are not employment income. We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.
The affiliate referral program is not an investment scheme, security, franchise, or multi-level marketing arrangement. Commissions are paid exclusively on direct subscription sales generated through an affiliate's personal referral link. No commissions are earned based on recruitment alone, and there is no earnings benefit from the activity of referred members' own referrals.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Daily Ads has zero tolerance for spam. Users must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including but not limited to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the CAN-SPAM Act, and GDPR requirements where applicable.
You may not use Daily Ads services to:
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided on the Platform are the property of Sébastien Bonneau or licensed to Daily Ads. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or advertise through the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Daily Ads does not guarantee any specific results from advertising campaigns, traffic delivery, or revenue sharing participation. Performance may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Ads and Sébastien Bonneau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Daily Ads in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any unused credits or benefits, without refund.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of your residence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian arbitration rules, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Ads, Sébastien Bonneau, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
